I love people, their stories, their dreams and aspirations.
I love understanding what nurtures them and how they can have that in their daily lives. I am intrinsically creative. I see things better in pictures and when I write words, I write as if I am drawing them as I create a scene. I frustrate those who like bullet points.
I have studied and know how to improve interiors. I can pull colours together, I can shape a room, think of every bit of space and detail, I can source art work, make art work, I love furniture, restoring it, looking at it and there is nothing better than finding a comfy chair for a good book and a nice cup of tea.
I equally know that some folks haven't been nurtured or know where to begin when it comes to thinking of colours or who they need to deliver on their vision that's if they have one!. That's okay. My hope is to be able to support that and to open up a new world of endless possibilities they never imagined possible..
I'm full of ideas and curiosity means I am forever learning and searching. I love taking a blank space or canvas and putting my mark on it but it's done with thought and with care of who will be the recipient or participant.
I'm also proactive not reactive. Whether it's a restoration project or setting up a new community initiative I am a person who will research, plan, implement and revisit to ensure everyone is satisfied. I treat people as I like to be treated which is mainly with kindness.
I know collaboration is key and therefore I will always find the right people, the right tribe to help me deliver whatever is required.
I network, I build contacts and I maintain relations. I am open, honest and have integrity. I will not compromise on these values.
I am humble enough and have humility to know that we are all individuals and each one of us has different needs and I respect that.
